Mops Dropoff

After use the soil Mops are Scanned and returned into the soil bin and withdrawn from the employee credit line. All Mop status are set to [Dropped].

Laundry

When returned Soil Mops are received at the laundry, they are fast registered at the RFID gate and the status of the Mops are set to [at Laundry].

The clean Mops are RFID scanned to order at the Laundry and delivery note are created with all the unique Mops ID numbers. The Mops status are set to [Clean in Transit].

Door

All mops on the inventory is anti-theft-proof. So, if the employee does not Collect the Mops properly an alarm will sound at the exit door and deduct the Mop from the Inventory.

Hospital & Laundry supervisors can access the Cloud Service online where the RFID transactions are transformed into rich, interactive dashboards and reports, providing a comprehensive and real-time overview of Scrubs inventories.

Employee

Employees use their personal ID card to collect and scan all Mops, which goes into the Employees account. All Mops status are set to [borrow] at user ID.

Mops Collection

Delivery notes are scanned, and the Mops status are set to [on depot] and anti-theft-proof. In the open depot for Clean Mops, are the Mops Collected easy at the RFID scan station. After every collection the inventory is deducted from the inventory.
